Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are run at our club during the school terms. See Term 4 Timetable and book directly with the yoga provider.
Gym
Our club has a state-of-the-art gym, which is available for free to all patrolling members of our club. To enquire on how to become a patroller, please drop us a line at admin@longreef.com.
We are also looking at introducing a health fund rebatable 6 week Pre-Season program for Youth Athletes with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. See flyer for more information.
Pilates
Pilates classes are run by BeachLife Physio every Tuesday morning from 6am to 6.45am in the Long Reef SLSC gym.
Health Fund rebates are available and a 50% discount is available to Longy members.
